Job Description
As an International Voice Process Associate at Sutherland, you will:
- Handle real-time international voice calls.
- Provide customer support for global clients.
- Deliver high-quality communication with excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (majorly night shifts).
- Willingness to work from office.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months BPO/voice experience can apply.
