✨ Job Role: International Voice Support Executive

📍 Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
🕐 Shift: 5 Days Work | Night Shifts | Rotational
🚗 Cab Facility: Available (up to 25 km radius)
💼 Experience: Fresher or 6 months+ in International Voice Process/Sales
💰 Salary: CTC ₹3 to ₹3.6 LPA (Based on Experience)

🔍 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice calls and chats.
• Address customer queries with a focus on sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Resolve technical and non-technical issues in real-time.
• Meet customer satisfaction and retention goals.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support.
• Experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, or international customer support is preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.
