🔹 Job Description:

As a Contract Management Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage ocean contracts and rates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and documentation of carrier processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with contract management teams to review and manage contracts.
• Understand rates and surcharges from various ocean carriers.
• Validate and update base rates, surcharges, and amendments in the system (OBM).
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Document carrier SOPs and maintain contract templates.
• Improve workflows and contract-related processes.
• Multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• 🎓 Education: Any graduate
• ⏳ Experience: 6 months to 3 years in pricing or contract management (preferably in freight forwarding or ocean shipment)

📊 Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ocean pricing and shipping domain
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with project management capabilities
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
