🎯 Job Description – Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding restaurant partners, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth for Swiggy Dineout in your assigned city.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Sign contracts with restaurants and manage inquiries from new and existing partners
  • Generate sales leads from the market and actively convert restaurants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners
  • Advise partners on:
    • Discounts & offers
    • Menu images & descriptions
    • Reducing cancellations and improving performance
  • Grow revenue through:
    • Upselling & cross-selling
    • Ads investments
    • Other applicable Swiggy channels
  • Complete sales reporting, including:
    • Competition intelligence
    • Partner visit tracking
    • Market trends in the city
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients in the field
  • Manage operations for the assigned city and be willing to relocate within the city

✅ Desired Skills & Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or field roles
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or food delivery industry (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
  • Good communication skills in English & local language (mandatory)
  • Basic numerical understanding (growth, de-growth, revenue tracking)
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
