🧾 Role Overview
As a Linguistic QA Tester / Proofreader, you’ll review and test content across mobile apps and websites for localization accuracy in Tamil. This includes executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring content meets both linguistic and functional quality standards.
This is a remote, project-based role ideal for those who love blending language and tech.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Execute linguistic QA tests on iOS and MacOS platforms
- Identify and report localization bugs and UI issues
- Prioritize critical vs. non-critical language issues
- Work with global teams to ensure quality Tamil translations
- Clearly document bugs in bug-tracking systems
- Participate in content fix verification
🎯 Who Should Apply?
- Native fluency in Tamil and strong English skills
- Experience in translation, localization, or QA testing
- Familiar with test cases, SOPs, and bug reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability
- Must reside in India
