- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain high-quality customer interaction standards
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresher or experienced in Voice / Call Process
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Strong Tamil communication with working knowledge of English
- Good grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction
- Comfortable working 5 days with 2 rotational week-offs
- Immediate joiners only
- Minimum typing speed: 22 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently
