Role Overview
The Jr Customer Service Executive – Project Planning & Implementation will be responsible for assisting in project execution, customer communication, and service transition activities. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless delivery of solutions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear project objectives, scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and manage detailed project plans using standard processes.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and cost (managing triple constraints).
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, non-structured work environment.
- Deliver high-quality written and verbal communications such as:
- Work instructions
- Customer updates
- Status dashboards
- Issue reports
- Understand customer requirements clearly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle difficult or sensitive customer situations with professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Ensure customer acceptance of deliverables and smooth transition to steady-state operations.
- Maintain excellent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills

- Strong understanding of network components and communication technologies

Technical Skills
- Strong experience in MS Excel (formulas, dashboards, reports)
- Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is a huge advantage
- Basic understanding of:

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Telecommunication Engineering
- Electronics & Communication (ECE)
- Computer Science (CSE)
- Information Technology (IT)
- OR any similar tech discipline with relevant experience
- Experience required: 0–2 years
