🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
  • Experience: 1–6 years (Technical / Support background preferred)
  • EP Number is mandatory to attend the walk-in
  • Willing to work in 24×7 shifts, including night shifts & weekends

🧑‍💻 Job Description – Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Specialist at TCS, you will:

  • Handle voice & chat-based technical support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets
  • Work in a 24/7 support environment
  • Support global customers with technical queries
  • Maintain service quality and communication standards

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Previous chat support experience
  • Good typing speed
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • B2 level communication proficiency (Versant / Talview / Trainer assessment)

⭐ Good to Have Skills

  • 6+ months experience in Technical Support / Service Desk
  • Knowledge of Ticketing Tools & ITIL
  • Exposure to AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
  • Experience supporting Google or Microsoft products
  • Certifications like:
    • Google Workspace Admin
    • Microsoft Certifications
