The role involves managing client onboarding, treasury services, and account servicing for international banking clients while ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations, compliance, and internal policies.
🎯 Job Requirements & Eligibility
Education: Any full-time graduate (10+2+3)
Experience:1 – 6 years in International Banking / Treasury Operations
Experience in Client Onboarding, Treasury Services, or Account Servicing is mandatory
🛠️ Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of Banking Operations
Experience with US Banks and US regulatory requirements
Hands-on knowledge of Client Onboarding & Account Setup
Documentation review, DDA setup, and product activation
Knowledge of Treasury / Payments products like ACH, Wires, RDC, Lockbox, Fraud Services
Experience in KYC, Sanction Screening (preferred, not mandatory)
Ability to process account servicing & customer queries
Strong knowledge of compliance, risk, and audit requirements
Experience in queue management and handling escalations
