- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist patients with appointment booking and enquiries
- Handle calls, emails, and documentation accurately
- Maintain 100% documentation in relevant tools
- Deliver excellent customer service with a patient-centric approach
- Follow quality, AHT, and process guidelines
- Stay updated with daily process updates
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to break schedules

- Male: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female: Rotational day shift (6 AM – 8 PM window)
- Login Hours:
- Total: 9 hours
- Production: 8 hours
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
