Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate (degree mandatory)
- Languages Required: Kannada OR Malayalam (with English)
- Not eligible: Candidates with only Tamil & English
- Age: Less than 32 years

Salary Structure
- 0–5 months experience: Kannada – ₹16,000 | Hindi – ₹15,000 | Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil – ₹14,000
- 6 months experience: Kannada – ₹17,000 | Hindi – ₹16,400 | Malayalam – ₹14,000 | Telugu – ₹14,500 | Tamil – ₹14,000
- 7–24 months experience: Kannada/Hindi – ₹17,500 | Malayalam – ₹15,000 | Telugu – ₹15,600 | Tamil – ₹14,200
Job Role
- Assist banking customers over the phone with faults and account queries
- No sales, no targets
- Permanent on-role job in the banking process
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
