Job Description

Tech Mahindra is looking for enthusiastic and professionally skilled freshers who can handle international voice calls, manage client portfolios, and maintain formal communication with multiple entities. The role involves daily interaction with international clients, requiring excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling international voice calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinating with clients, managers, and internal teams.
  • Managing multiple client portfolios with accuracy.
  • Writing and composing formal letters for communication with various stakeholders.
  • Extracting relevant information using online tools and internal systems.
  • Addressing customer concerns, escalating issues when required, and ensuring complete resolution.
  • Maintaining professional communication across all touchpoints.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business & IT, or any related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to solve problems calmly and escalate tactfully.
  • Good multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of modern information technology and online tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and basic software applications.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously.
  • Capability to manage various client portfolios effectively.
  • Strong professional ethics, honesty, and teamwork attitude.
