What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary goal is to maintain the quality and safety of online platforms. Your responsibilities include:
- Content Tagging: Reviewing and tagging video, audio, and image content based on specific client rules.
- Judgment Calls: Making accurate decisions on diverse content types (text, photos, media) within specified options.
- Collaboration: Participating in calibration sessions with teams and clients to stay aligned on guidelines.
- KPI Management: Adhering to strict policies and timelines to prevent business impact while maintaining 100% confidentiality.
Who Can Apply?

- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Language: Native-level proficiency in the designated language (Expert written and verbal skills).
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge with a typing speed of 25-30 WPM.

Mandatory Remote Work Requirements
To work from home effectively, you must meet the following hardware specifications:
- Laptop: Windows 10 or above with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Internet: Broadband connection with at least 10 MBPS speed (Mobile hotspots are not allowed).
- Shift Flexibility: Standard timings are 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, but you must be open to a 24/7 rotational shift setup.
