🎧 Job Description
As a Tamil Voice Process Executive, you will:
- Handle inbound customer support calls
- Assist customers in Tamil with basic English reading ability
- Resolve customer queries related to E-Commerce services
- Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines
- Work in a domestic BPO voice process environment
💻 Mandatory System Requirements (WFH)
Candidates must have their own laptop with the following configuration:
- Laptop with Intel i5 or Ryzen processor
- 10+ GB RAM
- Windows 10 Pro or above
- Broadband Internet – 30 MBPS or higher
- Government laptops are not eligible
- Interview must be attended only via laptop
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation in any degree / Undergraduates
- Experience:
- Freshers (2022–2025 pass-outs)
- Experienced candidates with minimum 6 months BPO experience
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
- Language: Tamil (mandatory) + Basic English (reading ability)
💰 Salary Details
Freshers (2022–2025 Pass-outs – NATS/NAPS Scheme)
- Take Home Salary: ₹11,700
- Note: No ESI / PF benefits
Experienced Candidates
- Take Home Salary: ₹14,000
- Benefits: ESI & PF applicable
- Mandatory:
- 6 months experience
- 3 months pay slips
- Experience letter & offer letter
📌 If required documents are not submitted, the candidate will be considered as a fresher.
⏰ Work Schedule
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours:
- 9 hours login
- 8 hours productivity + 1 hour break
