About the Role

Wingify is looking for a Technical Account Manager – Customer Support Specialist to join its dynamic global team.
In this role, you will serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their product-related issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. You’ll combine technical expertise with customer relationship management to deliver world-class support and drive adoption of the VWO platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Provide expert technical support via email, chat, and phone, resolving complex issues within SLA timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, and Product Management) for issue resolution and product enhancement.
  • Track and report software defects using tools like Jira.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with technical account management or enterprise customer support.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze logs, debug technical issues, and suggest effective solutions.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in a technical support or account management role.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and remote teams preferred.

  • 🏠 Work Mode: Fully Remote (India)
  • Shift Timings:
    • APAC Shift: 5 AM – 1 PM IST (1 vacancy)
    • US Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM IST (1 vacancy)
