📞 Tele Caller Role – Job Overview
As a Remote Tele Caller, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Making outbound calls to Tamil-speaking users
✅ Explaining the benefits of the platform
✅ Helping them onboard and engage with the Dostt app
✅ Maintaining follow-ups and conversion records
✅ Supporting users with accurate information and a friendly approach
This is a contract-based work-from-home job, ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy communication and helping others.
📋 Eligibility & Skills Required
- ✅ Fluent in Tamil (must)
- ✅ English proficiency (read, write, speak)
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling / Customer Support
- ✅ Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, and phone etiquette
- ✅ Patience and confidence in handling rejections
