Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Associates for its Banking Voice Process (Day Shift). If you have strong communication skills and can speak English + Hindi fluently, this is a great opportunity to join a leading global company.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer banking-related queries over phone calls
• Provide accurate solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed call logs and follow-up on escalations

🎓 Eligibility

• Education: Any Graduate (UG/PG)
• Languages: Fluent in English + any one of Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

🕒 Shift & Work Details

• Shift: Day Shift (9AM / 10AM / 11AM start – 8 hours total)
• Work Days: 6 days per week
• Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
