Key Responsibilities
In this international process, you will be the primary point of contact for global customers through digital channels:
- Real-time Chat Support: Resolving customer queries instantly via live chat interfaces.
- Email Management: Drafting professional, accurate, and empathetic responses to international client inquiries.
- Process Excellence: Ensuring high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores and meeting strict resolution timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an International Customer Support role (Voice or Non-Voice).
- Skills: Exceptional written English communication, professional grammar, and high typing speed.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
