Educational Qualification:
GM (Production): First Class Engineering Degree in Chemical / Pulp & Paper Technology with industry experience in paper board/tissue.
DGM/AGM (Marketing): First Class Engineering Degree + MBA (Marketing) OR Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce + MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Assistant Manager (Lab): B.Sc with M.Sc in Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech in Pulp & Paper Technology with lab experience in paper industries.
Age Limit (General Category):
General Manager: 49 to 55 Years
Assistant Manager: 28 to 40 Years
(Note: Age relaxation up to 5 years for BC/MBC/SC/ST as per Govt rules).
