💼 Job Description – KYC Operation Role
Selected candidates will be part of the Operations team and responsible for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform KYC verification for new and existing customers.
- Validate documents such as ID proof, address proof, and income statements.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Maintain compliance reports and audit records.
- Ensure adherence to RBI and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
- Escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies.
🔹 Required Skills:
- Any Graduate (Freshers eligible).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational offs.
