About the Role

The Technology Support Associate provides support services for corporate technology products, including hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices. The role is responsible for planning, troubleshooting, deployment, coordination of upgrades, and providing technical guidance to users.

Candidates will collaborate with Information Services (I.S.) teams to maintain standardized support practices and ensure smooth operations across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for corporate-standard technology products, hardware, software, and network facilities
  • Handle requests for UPS Aircraft Maintenance iPads and Windows Tablet PCs
  • Perform system log analysis and identify anomalies
  • Prepare, install, upgrade, and remove hardware and software as required
  • Update configuration management records for all installations
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document hardware/software malfunctions
  • Contribute to development of installation procedures and documentation
  • Initiate support activities for assigned systems to meet project needs
  • Participate in training development and execution for internal and external users
  • Coordinate with Technology Support, Operations Support, Wireless Communications Support, and other teams
  • Provide 24×7 technical support as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Apple iOS and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management tools such as AirWatch or Intune
  • Understanding of digital certificate management including SSL, license, and signing certificates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
