🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Engage and assist walk-in customers to understand EMI schemes and eligibility
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
- Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and conversions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and KYC norms
- Collect and verify customer documents (ID proof, income proof, invoices)
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🎓 Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
👨💻 Experience
- 0 – 3 years in consumer finance, NBFC, banking, or retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome

- Customer engagement & lead generation ability
- Ability to work towards monthly targets and conversions
