🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist walk-in customers regarding EMI schemes
- Explain loan eligibility and product features
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, invoices)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and NBFC guidelines
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
- CIBIL Score: Mandatory – Minimum 700
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Sales aptitude
- Customer handling & interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience:
- Consumer finance, NBFC, banking, retail sales
- Freshers with strong sales mindset are welcome
