🧾 Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls for a domestic e-commerce process
- Resolve customer queries efficiently in Tamil
- Maintain professional communication with basic/average English
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer support (mandatory)
- Gender Requirement: Male candidates only
- Language: Tamil (mandatory) + Average English
- Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years

- Shift: Rotational shift
- Week Off: Rotational
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Login Hours: 9 hours (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
