The Dispute Resolution Analyst will handle first-level disputes across multiple card brands and reason codes. The role involves merchant interaction, document validation, and compliance with card network regulations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Review and resolve first-level disputes across multiple reason codes
- Handle chargeback cases for Visa, Mastercard and other card networks
- Review merchant responses and attach supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with card brand regulations
- Maintain accurate dispute case records
- Follow daily work instructions and workflow processes
- Escalate complex cases to senior teams when required
