🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Call Insurance Payers (USA) to resolve denied or pending claims.
• 🔍 Review patient management systems and internal tools to identify issues and solutions.
• ✍️ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), update trackers, and maintain documentation.
• 🧠 Apply logical thinking to investigate and resolve claim issues effectively.
• 📈 Escalate complex issues to supervisors and identify patterns/trends in claims.
• 🔄 Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) process.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• 👩‍🎓 Education: Any degree (except MBA graduates), both graduates and undergraduates welcome.
• 💬 Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• 🧑‍💼 Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 year of call center experience.
• 📌 Strong analytical and logical skills are a plus.
