🛠 Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- E&I (Electronics & Instrumentation)
- Academic Requirements: Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and UG/PG/Diploma
- Pass-out Years: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 only
- ❌ Not Eligible: Aeronautical, ECE, CSE, IT, or other unrelated streams
- ✅ Immediate joiners preferred
🧑💻 Mechanical Engineering Role:
Freshers (0–2 yrs):
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CREO, or Autodesk Inventor
- Will undergo tool test after aptitude round
Experienced (2–5 yrs):
- Strong skills in mechanical design, calculation, and CAD modeling
- Hands-on with SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Creo, Revit, and PDM tools
- Deep understanding of GD&T, Structural Design, Welding Standards, and Sheet Metal Design
⚡ Electrical Engineering Role (0–2 yrs):
- Understanding of basic electrical concepts, transformers, switchgear, control & protection panels
- AutoCAD basics will be an added advantage
- Open to those with backgrounds in maintenance, testing, commissioning, and quality
