🛍️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 For Sales Executive:

• Greet customers and present jewellery collections
• Provide product details, pricing, and offers
• Handle counter sales, stock management, and inventory checks
• Sell gold, diamond, platinum, and silver items
• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
• Work towards daily/weekly sales targets

🔹 For Cashier:

• Manage billing and POS transactions
• Handle cash, card, and cheque payments
• Audit and reconcile daily transactions
• Maintain gold scheme passbooks and packaging material
• Attend calls and assist customers at the counter
