🔍 What is the Walmart Resolution Coordinator Job About?

The Resolution Coordinator role is part of Walmart’s Contact Center Team. Your job will be to handle high volumes of calls, emails, and chats from customers and internal associates and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Can multitask while managing customer expectations
• Has a passion for customer service
• Is flexible to work in night shifts / rotational shifts (US hours)
• Wants to start a career in global tech-enabled support

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Apply?

✅ Any Graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering – all streams)
✅ Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in BPO / customer service
✅ Willingness to work in night shifts and rotating weekly offs
✅ Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
✅ Must have excellent communication skills
✅ Must carry call letter from Walmart (see below)
