- Handle US Radio Advertisement Management process via chat and email (minimal voice).
- Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage Excel-based modules and maintain detailed records.
- Work in rotational shifts (majorly night shifts) with rotational week-offs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Must be ready to work from office in Sholinganallur, Chennai.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
