💼 Job Role: Associate Analyst
As an Associate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality delivery of products, platforms, and solutions for Wipro clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute test cases for client applications
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure 100% quality assurance
- Design and automate test life cycle processes using VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling tools
- Detect, log, and track defects and report test progress
- Create and release test status dashboards for stakeholders
- Maintain excellent communication with clients regarding test progress and issues
- Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to Wipro/Customer SLAs
Skills & Requirements:
- Understanding of test requirements, test case design, and execution
- Ability to implement model-based testing
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and test planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Mandatory Skills: Health Batch
Performance Parameters:
- Ensure error-free testing and minimum process exceptions
- On-time delivery of reports, dashboards, and test execution updates
- Achieve high CSAT scores and troubleshoot queries within TAT
