🎓 Who Can Apply?

Educational Eligibility:

• 10th & 12th – Pass
• Diploma (50% and above) in:

  ✅ Electronics

  ✅ Computer Engineering / Technology
  ✅ Electronics and Communication

Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025 only
Age: 18+ at the time of onboarding

✅ Additional Criteria

• Max 3-year gap in education (only before Diploma)
• Only Full-Time Diploma courses allowed
• Core Mathematics must be part of the Diploma curriculum
• Only 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment
• Indian citizens, PIO/OCI holders are eligible
• Candidates who appeared in any Wipro process in the last 3 months are not eligible

🧪 Selection Process

1. Online Assessment (80 mins):
   • Verbal Ability (20 Qs)
   • Analytical Reasoning (20 Qs)
   • Quantitative Aptitude (20 Qs)
   • Written Communication Test (20 mins)
2. Voice Assessment Round
3. Business Discussion Round
4. Pre-Skilling Training before onboarding

• 4-Year bond applicable
• Joining Bonus (if any) repayable on pro-rata basis if you leave early
