- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
- Salary (Stipend):
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
- 4th Year: ₹23,000
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
- 10th & 12th: Pass (Open school/distance allowed)
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025
- Other Requirements:
- Core Mathematics in Graduation is mandatory
- Max 3-year gap allowed between 10th and graduation start
- No gaps allowed during graduation
- Indian Citizen/PIO/OCI holders eligible; Bhutan & Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificate
- Minimum age: 18 years

- Online Assessment (80 minutes):
- Verbal: 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Analytical: 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Quantitative: 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
- Voice Assessment
- Business Discussion Round
📜 Service Agreement
- Duration: 60 months
- Candidates leaving before completing this period will need to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
