💼 Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Research Executive, you will work with the Data Services Team and support the full research workflow.
You Will:
- Handle administrative tasks to maintain excellent QC standards
- Compile team performance metrics for senior management
- Assist with basic survey scripting and data checking
- Test and validate survey logic to ensure error-free questionnaires
- Develop skills in questionnaire design, data accuracy, and project execution
🎯 Skills & Qualifications Required
Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and meeting deadlines
- Team player + ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner with a passion to grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong business writing and communication skills
Nice to Have (Preferred):
- Experience with quantitative research surveys
- Client-facing experience
- Data handling and basic analytics experience
