🧑💼 Job Title: Information Security Compliance Analyst
📍 Location: India (likely Chennai or Tenkasi)
🧑💻 Experience: 1–3 years

🕵️♂️ Department: Information Security / Compliance / Risk Management
🎯 Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain PCI DSS compliance programs for secure card data handling
- Develop policies aligned with RBI PA/PG guidelines like SAR PSS PAPG & SAR DL
- Lead internal meetings (Board, IT Steering) per RBI mandates and submit compliance reports
- Establish & maintain ISMS and QMS frameworks
- Conduct security assessments, risk audits, and incident response planning
- Define compliance KPIs, use RACI matrices, and implement communication strategies
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and their impact on Zoho
- Conduct internal training and awareness sessions for employees
- Maintain and update internal security/compliance policies regularly
📚 Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, information security, or audit roles
- Sound knowledge of:
✔ PCI DSS
✔ ISO/IEC 27001
✔ ISMS & QMS
✔ RBI compliance (SAR PSS, SAR DL) - Strong communication and documentation skills
- Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ethical, organized, and proactive personality
