🎯 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain PCI DSS compliance programs for secure card data handling
• Develop policies aligned with RBI PA/PG guidelines like SAR PSS PAPG & SAR DL
• Lead internal meetings (Board, IT Steering) per RBI mandates and submit compliance reports
• Establish & maintain ISMS and QMS frameworks
• Conduct security assessments, risk audits, and incident response planning
• Define compliance KPIs, use RACI matrices, and implement communication strategies
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and their impact on Zoho
• Conduct internal training and awareness sessions for employees
• Maintain and update internal security/compliance policies regularly

📚 Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, information security, or audit roles
• Sound knowledge of:
  ✔ PCI DSS
  ✔ ISO/IEC 27001
  ✔ ISMS & QMS
  ✔ RBI compliance (SAR PSS, SAR DL)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
