  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Work closely with customers and their management teams to understand their business requirements, proactively delivering solutions through our products, and ensuring they leverage our tools to their full potential.
  • Collaboration: Liaise effectively between customers and internal teams to deliver the best possible experience and solutions.
  • Proactive Engagement: Perform regular health checks and retention checks to maintain strong customer relationships and visibility.
