As a Technical Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering customized training sessions on Zoho Books, catering to a wide range of audiences, including Chartered Accountants, students, corporate professionals, and business owners.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Training Delivery:
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on Zoho Books
- Cover core Zoho Books modules:
- Chart of Accounts
- Sales (Estimates, Invoices, Payments)
- Purchases (Bills, Vendor Credits, Expenses)
- Banking & Inventory
- Projects & Time Tracking
- Journals and Financial Reporting
- Tailor sessions for beginners to advanced users
- Engage learners through hands-on exercises, real-life case studies, and interactive Q&A
📊 Assessment & Reporting:
- Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on learner engagement & satisfaction
👨🏫 Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Solid foundation in Accounting Principles, Financial Statements, and Bookkeeping
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Experience in conducting online and offline training
- Ability to create engaging training videos & content
- Willingness to travel extensively for in-person sessions
