📚 Roles & Responsibilities
As a Technical Writer at Zoho, you’ll:
- Create and maintain product documentation, UI text, and user guides
- Write educational content such as blogs, onboarding material, use cases, and feature tutorials
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to write clear and accurate content
- Edit and enhance documents prepared by engineers and team members
- Identify gaps in documentation and take ownership of new projects
- Establish content standards and help maintain consistency across platforms
