As a Solution Expert at Zoho, you’ll work closely with clients, analyze business requirements, and create tailored solutions using Zoho’s powerful suite of products. You’ll also assist in solution design, product demos, and client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
✅ Analyze client requirements and assess platform feasibility.
✅ Deliver engaging Zoho product demos.
✅ Build proof-of-concept apps or prototypes for client needs.
✅ Draft technical proposals, solution documents, and SOW estimates.
✅ Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical and business accuracy.
✅ Configure and customize Zoho apps to meet workflows.
✅ Conduct customer training to maximize product adoption.
✅ Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve issues.
✅ Track customer success and provide proactive solutions.
🔹 1–3 years in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, or application development.
🔹 Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (Zoho experience is a plus).
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
🔹 Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
🔹 Willingness to work night shifts.
🔹 Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and programming basics.
🔹 Problem-solving mindset with customer-first focus.
