🔧 Job Role: Service Desk L1 – Fresher
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support. You’ll help customers solve technical problems through phone, chat, or email – from software issues to hardware troubleshooting.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support via call, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware peripherals, and desktop environments
- Handle real-time ticket creation and documentation
- Diagnose issues using SOPs and knowledge bases
- Guide users step-by-step through the resolution process
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Maintain accurate logs of all issues and resolutions
- Suggest improvements to knowledge bases and procedures
✅ Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Skype, or other chat systems
