Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As part of the US Voice Process, you will be the point of contact for international customers.
Handle Inbound and Outbound calls for US-based clients.
Resolve customer queries professionally and in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information while maintaining high service quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Logical Skills: Good reasoning and analytical abilities.
Shifts: Must be willing to work in US Night Shifts (Rotational).
