As an International Customer Support Executive, you will act as a primary touchpoint for global enterprise clients:
International Client Support: Manage inbound customer interactions for prominent US and UK clients over the phone in a professional manner.
Troubleshooting & Inquiry Resolution: Identify customer concerns, provide step-by-step guidance, and achieve high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates.
Customer Experience (CX) Maintenance: Deliver consistent service quality, adhering to strict customer satisfaction (CSAT) and key performance indicator (KPI) standards.
