As a Process Executive, you will support Cognizant’s Auto-Claims and P&C Insurance team, helping streamline claims processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and MS Office skills.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Auto and Property insurance claims
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies
• Use MS Office tools to maintain documentation and reports
• Provide timely updates and ensure accurate tracking of claim status
• Contribute to process improvements and performance goals
• Prepare presentations and reports for management
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive claim information

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Insurance Claims (Auto, Property, or P&C preferred)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Certifications in MS Office (preferred)
