🔍 Job Role: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Field Sales
📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
🏢 Department: General Trade QR – Field Sales
💼 Type: Full-Time, On-Roll, On-Site
🧑💼 Experience: 1–5 years (Field Sales preferred)
🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Drive merchant onboarding and acquisition in the assigned market
- Increase Paytm QR code and Soundbox deployments
- Manage a field sales team (TLs and FSEs) and define operational territories
- Monitor distribution performance and ensure proper coverage
- Execute audits and ensure quality sales as per company standards
- Achieve growth targets and drive business development goals
- Improve Paytm’s market share and visibility in the region
- Train, recruit, and lead a high-performing field team
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in B2B Sales / Merchant Acquisition / QR Sales
- Ability to manage field teams and ensure sales conversion
- Strong communication & team leadership skills
- Ready to work in a target-driven, outdoor sales environment
- Prior experience with fintech, FMCG, or device sales is a plus
- Graduate degree in any stream (preferred)
