📝 About the Role

As a Process Executive – B&L, you will be responsible for handling backend operations for international banking processes. This includes processing account details, managing customer records, and ensuring adherence to SLA and compliance standards.

The role also requires timely resolution of customer escalations, ad-hoc requests, and collaborating with various teams to support business requirements.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate customer account data in client databases
• Process commercial banking-related queries from international branches
• Respond to escalations and ad-hoc customer service requests
• Ensure timely completion of daily deliverables and maintain SLA adherence
• Work on banking systems and tools unique to Cognizant’s global clients
• Perform quality audits and maintain error-free processing
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Showcase attention to detail and accountability for error-free delivery

✅ Who Can Apply?

• Any graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, or Engineering)
• Freshers or professionals with up to 6 months of experience in BPO/Banking
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 4 AM IST)
• Ability to follow strict processes and quality guidelines
• Basic knowledge of international banking processes (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Open to working from Cognizant office (no WFH for this role)

• Previous experience with BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
