2. Claims Resolution: Follow up on unpaid, denied, or pending medical insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
3. Data Verification: Review patient coverage details, verify medical codes, and resolve billing discrepancies in real-time.
4. Documentation: Maintain precise, compliant records of call outcomes and account actions in RCM software systems.

Eligibility Criteria & Skill Requirements

• Qualification: Any undergraduate degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., B.E., B.Tech, etc.) from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduating batches.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with international stakeholders.
• Reasoning: Good logical ability, basic numerical comprehension, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Shift Flexibility: Readiness to work full-time in the US Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
