🧾 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle non-voice back-end operations for US logistics clients
• Follow given process flow and instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain accuracy and speed while handling data
• Perform assigned tasks within the given TAT (turnaround time)
• Report issues or escalations if any during operations
