As an International Non-Voice Support Executive, you will manage digital customer communications, back-office ticket queues, and non-voice support operations:

• Non-Voice Customer Assistance: Deliver professional, timely support to international clients via non-voice channels (email, chat, and transaction processing).
• Back-Office Data Management: Accurately update, process, and track customer service transactions and records within internal CRM applications.
• Process Compliance: Meet daily SLA standards, target productivity metrics, and accuracy benchmarks defined by global clients.
• Problem Resolution: Analyze customer inquiries logically to provide first-contact solutions following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
