• Handle international voice calls and provide customer support.
• Address queries, concerns, and issues raised by customers in real-time.
• Work in rotational night shifts (5-day work week).
• Immediate joiners preferred (up to 15 days notice considered).

🛠️ Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
