Job Details
Role: Insurance Advisor
Languages Required: Tamil + English
Work Type: Remote, Full-time
Experience Required: Freshers welcome
Shift Options: 10 AM to 7 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM
Location: Anywhere in India
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers understand insurance policies in simple terms
- Handle advisory calls (Team Falcon) or WhatsApp chats (Team Bliss)
- No pressure to sell – just help people make informed choices
- Follow Ditto’s ethical guidelines and offer honest, unbiased advice
